3Pts (Ladies) and 2Pts (Men) are awarded for shots made within the 3 point arch.
4Pts (Ladies) and 3Pts (Men) are awarded for shots made outside the 3 point arch.
Game Duration
Group games are played in two halves of 7 minutes for the games with 1 minute interval.
For Finals, each match shall be played over 2 halves of 10 minutes with 2 minutes interval.
Advancement Criteria:
Group Stages:
The top two teams with the highest points in the league table will advance to the finals.
In the event of a tie in the points during the advancement to finals, goal difference will then be taken into considerations. The team with the higher goal difference will then advance.
In the event that there’s still a tie, head to head score will then determine the team to be advanced.
Extra Time
The duration of the overtime play is 3 minutes.
In the event that there’s still a tie after the first overtime, the teams will be given a one minute break and then go on to sudden death.
The first team to successfully put in the basket first will be the winner.

Five players (2 Ladies and 3 Men) from each team may be on the court at one time.
Substitutions are unlimited but can only be done when the play is stopped.
Uniforms
Players are to wear comfortable sports attire of their choice.
In any case of clashes, a team will be give a set of bibs and players are to wear them for the whole duration of the game.
Regulations
There’s no shot clock.
Violations
The ball may be advanced toward the basket by being shot, passed between players, thrown, tapped, rolled or dribbled (bouncing the ball while running).
The ball must stay within the court; the last team to touch the ball before it travels out of bounds forfeits possession.
The ball-handler may not move both feet without dribbling, known as traveling nor may he dribble with both hands or catch the ball in between dribbles, a violation called double dribbling.
A player’s hand cannot be under the ball while dribbling, failure to do so is known as carrying the ball.
The ball may not be kicked nor struck with the fist.
A violation of these rules results in loss of possession.
No player may interfere with the basket or ball on its downward flight to the basket, or while it is on the rim (or, in the NBA, while it is directly above the basket), a violation known as goaltending.
If a defensive player goaltends, the attempted shot is considered to have been successful. If a teammate of the shooter goaltends, the basket is cancelled and play continues.
Fouls
The referee signals when a foul has been committed.
An attempt to unfairly disadvantage an opponent through personal contact is illegal and is called a foul.
Free Throws
Players who are fouled either receive the ball to pass inbounds again, or receive one or more free throws if they are fouled in the act of shooting, depending on whether the ‘fouled’ shot was successful (I.e Two shots will be given if the shot is unsuccessful and one shot will be given if the shot is successful)
One pt (Male) and two pt (Ladies) is awarded for making a free throw.
